GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS AND INTERNAL RULES


Article 1: Reservation


When making any reservation, the host must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount (unless the time is too short between the reservation and the arrival or special agreement of the owner). The bed and breakfast rental contract is deemed to be concluded as soon as the reservation is made between the parties.


Article 2: Modification of reservation and commitment

In case of interruption of the stay, there will be no refund. Likewise, in the event of early departure, the entire stay is due. Late arrivals or early departures cannot in any case give rise to reimbursement. All cancellations must reach us 7 days before the arrival date. After this time, the reservation is due. The no-show is considered as the actual taking of the room.


Article 3: Presentation

Anyone wishing to stay at Clos N ° 5 is required to make their identity known and that of the people accompanying them. The owner has the freedom not to receive customers with noisy or incorrect behavior, hosts whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order.


Article 4: Access to the rooms

The rooms made available to our guests are checked, functional and in good condition. Our guests are invited to report any breach immediately to the reception.

The host may not introduce third parties into the room that are not known to the owner of the guest room, unless the owner authorizes it. In addition, your room is provided for a maximum of 2 people. To ensure the security rules of the guest room, you must in no case accommodate additional people. No extra bed is accepted unless agreed upon booking with the owner. Pets are unfortunately not welcome in our establishment

The rooms are available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please note, in case of departure beyond, an additional night will be charged.

A flat screen TV with TNT is available to visitors in each of the rooms, the sound must be moderate from 10 p.m.
Guests can access Wifi for free. Illegal downloading is prohibited. Bed and bathroom linen are provided for 2 people.


Article 5: Payment

The accommodation service is payable upon taking possession of the premises. The tourist tax is included in the price per night and per person

Cash and remote payment by credit card are accepted.

By applying article 2102 of the Civil Code, the host cannot object to the retention of his luggage if he refuses to pay.


Article 6: Prohibitions

For security reasons and for the respect of everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment. In accordance with decree n ° 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 fixing the conditions of application of the ban on smoking in places used for collective use, smoking in the house exposes you to an additional billing of 50 € / day or lawsuits. Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be invoiced at € 100 for the costs of bringing the fire safety system back into service. As part of the protection of minors, the sale of alcohol is prohibited for minors under 18 years of age. Likewise, it is prohibited to cook in the rooms, to take meals or bring drinks there, as well as to do laundry.


Article 7: Breakfast

The kitchen is not left to the free disposal of the guests.

Breakfast is included for 1 or 2 people in the price of the room. It is served between 8:00 am and 10:00 am in the room provided for this purpose or outside if the weather permits.


Article 8: Table d'hôtes

If you wish to dine at the table d'hôtes, please let us know when making your reservation, or call us 48 hours in advance to let us know.


Article 9: Responsibilities

Theft and accident: the owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or personal injury occurring on the property. Valuables (jewelry, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in the rooms or in parked vehicles, the owner disclaiming all responsibility in the event of disappearance of these objects.

All trade is strictly prohibited within the establishment.

Article 10: Degradation

If it is traditional for visitors to store bedding, belongings and clothing, the owners carry out a daily cleaning operation, in particular to empty the trash cans and renew the linen if necessary. Large soils will be the responsibility of the hosts.

Guests must use the rented room, indoor and outdoor common areas as a good father and respect the premises and the decoration of his room. In the event of a problem, the hosts must engage their civil liability. In the event of damage, Clos N ° 5 reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement to the hosts. It is the same for any violation noted after the departure of the customer.

Article 11: Respect for the rest of other guests

To respect the rest of others, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Any neighborhood noise linked to the behavior of a person may cause the owner to invite the customer to leave the establishment without the need to make acoustic measurements, since the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of the clientele (art. R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code). A guest room is a place of rest.

Article 12: Complaint

Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the owner immediately.

Article 13: Departure

At the time of departure, guests are prohibited from bringing any object belonging to Clos N ° 5. Le Clos N ° 5 reserves the right to charge the cost of replacement to the hosts even if the violation is noted after the departure of the hosts.

Article 14: Acceptance of the rules

The internal rules of Clos N ° 5 apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the house rules.
